"The technician was unable to fix the problem (Saturday) . Said he would call on Monday with a status. No call received. I had to call to get a status. Was told that parts had to be ordered and I would receive a call back. Still waiting on the call back. I've had no heat for three days so far and don't know when or if it is going to be fixed. Technician said the inducer motor, thermostat and circuit board had to be replaced. I was not given a reason for the failure of these parts. On a system installed in Dec 2017 (less than three years old) - why am I having to get these parts replaced? They should last longer than three years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This system has been nothing but a problem since it was installed. I had to have the unit completely replaced within the first couple of months after installation.."

"Brycen was very courteous and professional. However, he did find that the gas intake to the furnace was set too low and corrected it. I believe that the low setting was a "solution" to the internal overheating problem of the furnace last Autumn. I am therefore expecting a resurgence of that problem once we need heat on a regular basis. Stay tuned."

The original technician did a great job explaining the service and the recommended additions to our unit that would help clean the air and prolong the life of our unit. I did not score a ten because after the technician arrived and was working on our downstairs unit another person showed up, Let himself into our house, did not introduce himself when I discovered he was here, and was not wearing a mask. Not sure why he was here. He stayed on his phone when I was talking to the original tech. The original tech wore a mask and shoe coverings the whole time in the house and I am very satisfied with his work."

"I take care of my mother's business and have to drive over 70 miles one way to be at her house. I was given an appt. time between 10-12 and I made sure I was there at 10 am. At 12:20 I received a call from your office saying the technician was running behind but was on his way. He arrived at 2 pm and did not finish until 4pm. Considering that this was a new unit installed in February by your company, I don't know why it took 2 hours to provide the checkup. The young man was very nice and he went over what the results before he left. I told him I was not pleased that it had taken a whole day to get this appointment taken care of. I understand that emergences arise but to be told that the technician was on his way and then he doesn't arrive until almost 2 hours later is frustrating."

"The technician spent a long time at the house, but for much of that time he was on a phone call that seemed very much unrelated to work in our house. Additionally, at the end of the visit, he basically said that he didn't know what was wrong, and that all he'd done was reset the system. He said that things seemed to be working normally, and when we said that we disagreed, he seemed uninterested in helping and more interested in just finishing up his day. I get that it was a last minute addition to his day, and also hot out. But it did not seem like very satisfying customer service. We paid the 'call' fee, but the problem remains unresolved -- we still have intermittent issues with the system underperforming, and not keeping the house as cool as it used to. But I'm also reluctant to call back to pay for another house call just to get poor service again."

My water heater is in the garage, and they knocked one of the garage door opener safety sensors loose during the installation. It wasn't broken but wires came loose, so it required 15 minutes of work on my part to get the garage door opener working again. The installer was polite and personable, and I'm certain this was an accident. But it was an avoidable accident."

"Tech came out 2 weeks ago and fixed our Freon leak on our 1 year old $7000 AC. Less than 2 weeks later the AC wasnt cooling once again. Tech came out. Was told it would cost $84 on phone to have tech come out. Tech identified Freon leak right where I told him it would be because of massive oil presence. Stated previous tech should have identified this as the actual problem instead of blaming leak on loose bolts and then recharging the system and leaving. Tech said he couldnt fix the problem. Rescheduled another visit for 3 days later and charged me $176 instead of the $84 promised. Also recently had another tech out for a code violation caused by installing improperly rated fuse daisy chained off another fuse box. Total of 3 visits so far on a 1year old AC for issues caused during installation. Was quoted that fixing this leak cause by improper blazing of copper AC line with cost me $769 more."

The system was installed by your company and I found out recently that when your technician set the blower fan speed too high, it does not remove the moisture well so the system had been in a humid environment causing the damage.
