Dirt is present between foundation wall and drain causing saturation around perimeter. The pump was not installed at the lowest point. To say we are unhappy with this assessment is an understatement! "Billy Brown plays to the customers softest of spots to invoke and exaggerate fear in order to sell his product. After having signed up as a member to their advantage plan and receiving several good referrals, I was basically set at service experts being my AC/Heating company. Instead of allowing that relationship to grow naturally, I was lied to and cheated. Billy repeated insisted that my Equipment was pumping an alarming amount of mold to a point where it threatened the health of my family and my infant. Repeatedly I told him how much I liked S.E. And how much it meant to me that my mother and father (2 separate account holders) have trusted the company. I also repeatedly asked him how serious and desperate the situation was. I told him how I had just purchased my home 2 weeks prior and spent roughly $20,000 in closing/down payments and other things. Upon asking how serious he situation was with the mold, he stressed the urgency and Again invoked my 9 month olds health. This is the dirtiest sales technique out there. Trusting him, I signed up for $25,000 worth of equipment. $25,000! Then on the day of the install, the team cleaning the ducts ran into a situation where they were unable to Fully clean the ducts. I asked them what about the mold. And they said oh we saw a little bit of mold but thats nothing to worry about. Billy knew my equipment was fine, and he saddled me with a $25,000 bill for something I didnt need. Im a doctor and if I did this to someones grandmother and prescribed them medication that they didnt need. Abused their trust in me because Im the expert. I would lose my license to practice medicine, I would be looking at a multimillion dollar lawsuit and I would probably go to jail. This is completely unethical and no way to do business. If this was a $200 Or $500 part, thats one thing. $25,000 is a life changing amount of money. I will be in touch with a lawyer."

Technician said the inducer motor, thermostat and circuit board had to be replaced. I was not given a reason for the failure of these parts. On a system installed in Dec 2017 (less than three years old) - why am I having to get these parts replaced? They should last longer than three years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This system has been nothing but a problem since it was installed. I had to have the unit completely replaced within the first couple of months after installation.."

Not sure why he was here. He stayed on his phone when I was talking to the original tech. Considering that this was a new unit installed in February by your company, I don't know why it took 2 hours to provide the checkup. The young man was very nice and he went over what the results before he left. I told him I was not pleased that it had taken a whole day to get this appointment taken care of. I understand that emergences arise but to be told that the technician was on his way and then he doesn't arrive until almost 2 hours later is frustrating."

"The technician spent a long time at the house, but for much of that time he was on a phone call that seemed very much unrelated to work in our house. Additionally, at the end of the visit, he basically said that he didn't know what was wrong, and that all he'd done was reset the system. He said that things seemed to be working normally, and when we said that we disagreed, he seemed uninterested in helping and more interested in just finishing up his day. I get that it was a last minute addition to his day, and also hot out. But it did not seem like very satisfying customer service. We paid the 'call' fee, but the problem remains unresolved -- we still have intermittent issues with the system underperforming, and not keeping the house as cool as it used to. But I'm also reluctant to call back to pay for another house call just to get poor service again."

My water heater is in the garage, and they knocked one of the garage door opener safety sensors loose during the installation. It wasn't broken but wires came loose, so it required 15 minutes of work on my part to get the garage door opener working again.
