"I purchased my heating/air conditioner unit 7/15/2019 and when I signed the contract, I assumed everything was included in the package. However, on each maintenance visit, the technician have asked if there is a filter installed. I have had to explain that I do not have one. I have inquired several times and I still DO NOT have an answer. It is quite frustrating to not have an answer after this many years. This is also the first time I have been given an opportunity to do a survey."

I had to have an emergency call- they were great, but it cost $90. Probably would not have had to pay if my service had been performed as scheduled on May 7. Now I have an appointment June 15th. They did not do the Maintenance inspection as there is a separate set of "Service Experts" who are dispatched for that. The only "service" I needed was to have batteries for one inside thermostat and one outside. I provided the AA batteries for the inside thermostat. Service Dept. does not carry the Lithium AA batteries on the truck as the Homeowner is expected to do that replacement.."

"SE replaced my evaporator coil 2.5 years ago (house is 6 years old). Replaced that new one this April. No way it should have had multiple leaks in a sealed. heated/air conditioned crawl space. David Diaz sent an "expert" tech to verify the leaks and determine the cause; then I heard nothing. Called and left word to talk with him. Got an email saying what the charge would be to replace the coil with ball in my court to let them know. Called Mr Diaz and left multiple messages with him directly and via the office. Just crickets. I finally scheduled the repair and still wanted to talk with him. Nothing. Left word for Greg Worley to call me. Nothing. Finally wore out looking for who to call in Plano. Your Office people are polite and techs are mostly good guys, but your Management doesn't seem interested in meeting customer needs. Overall, poor. business practices (constant up selling, always warning your call back will be in 24 to 48 hours. (Really!! Just trying to CYA, for providing poor customer service.) I thought ARS was bad, but SE is giving them a run for it. Thanks for listening, Chris Morris"

This posed a risk to my dog who could have easily walked in the crawl space and become caught on wiring or air ducts. She could have done some major damage to the house or to herself. 2.) There has been a recurring issue with service maintenance appointments being scheduled necessitating me to schedule time off work and to block renters from using my Airbnb space in my home, only to get a call from your company minutes before the service window with a request from your scheduler to reschedule for another day."

Sure enough service technician Daniel McElveen arrived and in short time our AC was back to working in all our 3 zones. Daniel also told us and suggested ways to improve our HVAC system. We agreed and added equipment for a higher quality and cleaner HVAC operation. Yes, we found Ashley and Daniel to be most professional, friendly and efficient in working with us. Certainly such quality service is both uncommon and rare in most business companies these days. Please know we will highly recommend your company to family and friends in the future. The second employee was unaware of what repair was approved and tried to do something else, which did not work. He said he needed another part so could not complete the job. The third employee came back two days later with a part that was not needed for the original repair plan and said he couldn't fix problem. When he was made aware of original plan, he had to go pick up ANOTHER part, but only after I insisted on what had been approved originally. There was NO communication between service employees."

The first appointment I had I called at the beginning of the 2 hr window, and they assured me that the service man was finishing up a job and then we come. 2 hrs later no sign of him still and they had found somebody else who was 45 minutes away, so I canceled it. Someone did come the next day right on time. For the second (installing and surge protector), the same thing happened; called at the start of the 2 hr period and they assured me he almost finished with his current job and would be there shortly. It was almost 2 hrs before he got there and that job took an hour. It seems like you schedule things way to close together (all of mine were 12-2 windows), and were scheduled well in advance. If this had been my first experimence with you I would think about not continuing. However you have managed our systems for at least the last 15 years, and always done excellent work (and the work this time was done well also), so we won't be changing.."
