Also a minor point was that after cleaning the blower was not warned that there might be a little debris at vent discharges. Might have been that the blower wheel and compartment was not adequately vacuumed after cleaning. Overall very satisfied."

"Something sprung a leak and I had water pouring from my bathroom ceiling at about 10pm. I couldn't get anyone to pulp me figure it out until I called Service Experts. There were 2 wonderful women manning the phones that night and even though they didn't have anyone available to come out, these fine women helped me find a plumber (he was in TX, I'm in NC) who was willing to answer some questions and help me figure out how to turn the water off in my home. Mathew came out the next day, figured out that my water heater had burst and then proceeded to expertly change out my old water heater for a new one. He was friendly, kind, and very understanding about my situation!"

"Overall I'm not happy, but to be fair, its not all the companies fault. I had a technician come to my house for my annual heater inspection, paid the fee, a couple days later, my heat stops working. I called a new tech out, he spent about 3 min looking at my heater and said theres nothing he can do, I should buy a new thermometer. Its not the companies fault the thermometer is bad, but considering I just spent $100 on the first visit, I was really hoping the second visit wouldnt cost me as much considering he didnt do anything, and spent only 3 min in my house, looking at my heater. But I still got charged another $100. A waive, or at least a small discount, should have happened. I know its DEF not the technicians fault, its just company policy, but still. I feel l got screwed over here."

"There were many issues with our HVAC installation. 1) The job site was not cleaned up, all kinds of debris was left around, resulting in a screw getting into our car's Tire, and garage sink's leg knocked off and not replaced. 2) scheduling of inspection was difficult at best, inspector came a day earlier than what we thought and had to be rescheduled, agent inferred the mix up was our fault. 3) Inspection ( when it did get scheduled) did not pass. Installation was not done correctly. A remediation had to be scheduled- technician came out, left and said he was coming back the following week. Then no one showed up on that day. Eventually someone came out after I called in to complain. It was finally fixed, but was not at all easily done. With August 3 installation, it took until October 23 before completed"

"We took up your offer of $99.00 toilet kit. Very nice man installed it late Friday. It worked till nighttime. Started loud running, sighing, and then started running but tank would not fill. We called Saturday morning to have someone come back and fix it. Was told we couldn't get a fixed time for repair so, as we had plans for a couple of hours Sat. afternoon, could not get service. Toilet continued to not work for one reason or another. Finally had to turn water off. Husband messed with it and messed with it and, finally, started working. Until Sunday morning when he used toilet and went back to bed. Did not know it, but water ran for 3 hours. Called Sunday and was told the weekends are for emergencies only. I explained that I just wanted you to fix what you installed. No one came. Husband worked on it again and again and, finally, it started to work late night Sunday. It's still working, no thanks to Service Experts. Not a good way to win people's business. Some one called this morning and apologized for the no show, but it's a day late and a dollar short."

"Everything went well with our water heater installation. The technician showed up early and ready to work. The heater was installed within a couple of hours. My one concern is that the charge for the service seems a bit high, and our receipt/invoice is not itemized. The service charge was approx. $1,800, but we can't figure out why it was so high. I searched water heater prices online and most seem to be around $600-700 incl. a warranty. The other parts (pipes, fittings, overflow tank, pan) were probably no more than $100. The job took approx. 4 hours, incl. the time it took to go get the water heater from the warehouse. So maybe the labor is quite expensive? $200/hour? Other than that our service was excellent."
