"A simple mistake caused the system to shut down, the company recalled that night and fixed it, and also found an old separate duct problem that they felt responsible for. They sent a second crew out the next morning to fix the duct, and they mistakenly shut off the safety switch. So, the company sent the previous service man back to fix that at 10:30 at night. Great service."

The system you sold me was junk! Nobody seemed to be able to fix the problems and the service at times was tough. As a service maintenance customer it was always a fight to get someone out for emergency situations. I have signed on with another company and had my unit replaced. When you send two additional people out, it felt like a high pressure sale and the leasing program, they wouldn't stop talking about it after I told them several times I wasn't at all interested."

I wanted someone to check refrigerant leak. Thats why I called for service. The guy convinced me without checking for leak, that refrigerant does not have smell. My old unit is like 20 yrs old. How does he even know what type of refrigerant is even inside it. The whole point was to find out what the gaseous smell was. Anyway I felt like a fool after he left. I called to check the leak, but he convinced me not to do it and robbed me of $104 just to drive upto my house. Just terrible rip off."

Ricky had his mask around his neck the entire time he was in my home, not on his mouth and nose as it should have been. The other fellow had is on and off his whole face or nose during the service. Covid is still a serious issue and you need stronger policies/protocols. Your website has nothing about Covid on it- why are you not taking this more seriously. There could be unvaccinated children in the homes you service. 3. Person on the phone who scheduled the appointment got the service wrong on the order. Ricky asked me when he arrived if he was there for a drain line clearing. I scheduled a mini-split head cleaning service."

"When they were doing the system checks in our house, they ended up causing our system to ice up, had to turn on the heat to defrost it then told us the drip Pan was not big enough. What they didnt mention was that it was continuing to leak and they didnt do anything to prevent damage. Now we have water that leaked all the way through the drywall and our ceiling is destroyed. They could have asked us for a dish to catch water or something to prevent the damage and said nothing. Irresponsible business practice. The gentleman that were here were kind to us, but the work was awful and caused damage."

"Technician showed up at 8:30, when I was specific about arriving by 8 am since I had a class that started at 9:45 am. Technician did not wear a mask either. I did. Also, I mentioned having humidity issues in the main room, but the tech only said to keep the temp lower. I don't know that he checked the condensation line or drain pan. Even when I keep the temp at 72 degrees, humidity rises over 70%. During conservation period, where the air handler fan runs, but the compressor does now, humidity has gone up over 80%. The other AC unit maintains humidity around 50-60% even when temps are at 78 degrees, but I can also see a stream of water from it. The main room only drips."
