"The technician and plumber that he called were both ignorant of what breakers are permissible in a 200A panel. He added up the breaker ratings (to 290A) and said my panel was not meeting code because it exceeded 200A. That is incorrect. He also told me I'd need to add a sub panel for my project, which is unnecessary since my panel can accommodate the additional breaker as-is. Your employees need better training on basic electrical info. The technician was polite and respectful, just not well trained."

"I am very disappointed with Service Experts because I feel like I have been mislead the entire time. I have been dealing with unsatisfactory service since January. I have been told serval lies. 1) I was told no Credit check would happen well it did. 2) The sales person who sold us the Heating and A/C unit no longer work there and have ripped us off day one. I still dont have a correct bill for my units the A/C unit continues to run and my husband is having to reset it outside. 3)I had a part ordered in my name which I gave no authorization the part showed up at my house unannounced. 4) I had called to schedule an appointment had the appointment window set for 8-12 no one showed up nor called. The customer service sent someone out to our home and showed my husband how to reset the unit in order to keep our home cool. 5) So unprofessional and disappointing and Im not happy at All this whole situation with Service Experts has been a Nightmare and I dont recommend anyone for service."

"The technician was very pleasant and was here for over 4 hours on two new systems. He overcharged us for an air filter and unnecessarily replaced a UV bulb in a new unit. The charges were allegedly reversed by his manager, but we were just told we have to wait 4 weeks for a credit to be issued to our credit card. Ridiculous. We have been a customer of Service Experts for over 17 years - your techs are great but your billing system is outdated."

"Bryson came on 4//19/23 to spring service my units. He was the most polite young man I have met in a long time. He demonstrated he knew what he was doing when looking at the inside unit. He spent time checking out different things and said all was working fine on the inside. He went out to the outside unit along with Terry who had also come to work with him. Bryson was also professional when checking out the outside unit. He removed the top, vacuumed out the bottom of he unit and cleaned the unit which had never been done before. I told him I would request that he service my unit when the fall service was scheduled. I was very impressed with his manners and his professionalism in performing his service. One thing that disturbs me about getting service done is being pressured to buy a new unit when it is still performing ok even though it has performed satisfactorily over and beyond the expected serviceable years"

I obtained a second opinion and was told my system did not have a TXN valve but a piston. Also informed there was no pressure loss. Found piston was too small as recommended by product sticker. Also found the screen within the line prior to the piston was clogged. Replaced screen and installed correct piston for fraction of fake TXN valve and leak issue. I was lied to by two separate technicians."
