Josh actually got here a day earlier than expected and diagnosed and repaired our unit within 2 hours, including 1 hour to pick up a faulty pressure switch! Outstanding doesn't quite cover my appreciation for this heating repair . . . Great job all around.

Hayes Hall did a thorough job with our semiannual maintenance of the aging HVAC, air purifier and dehumidifier, was great at explaining and answering questions, and very good with our little curious friendly dog. A professional, courteous, pleasant person.
